September Newsletter, Workshops, Journeys, Circles

And just like that my friends, the warmth of the summer sun is beginning to recede, making way for crisp Autumn air.

September truly is a transitional month, for many indicating a return to routine and structure with work, school, family, and life as a whole.

Transitional, very much like the season of Fall soon approaching, a period taking us from the vibrancy of summer and gently leading us into the quiet, still and cool embrace of winter.

Life and death. Two sides of the same coin.

Without the one, you cannot have the other.

Harvest season is upon us. And as we gather the bounty of the Earth, honoring the natural death of these crops for the life sustenance they nourish us with, we bear witness to this cycle.

It serves as a reminder that we are in perpetual flow and transition between life and death. To make way for the new, certain things must end.

It's quite poetic really that September is a "9" month, the numerical value of which indicates endings, and closures. To be followed by October, a "10," more fundamentally speaking, a "1" : 1 + 0 = 1. New beginnings.

This is a month to explore what is ready to end, in order to make space for a fuller, more clear, whole, integrated you. An opportunity to make space for new people, new opportunities, new chapters to unfold.

What old beliefs and identities may be ready to die?

The invitation for this month is this, asking ourselves:

"What have we outgrown?"

"What no longer serves us, who we are, who we desire to be?"

"What routines, habits; what people; what spaces and environments; what input, informational, nutritional and otherwise, no longer align?"

Many of you who have participated in Catalytic Breathwork journeys know fully well that the fire we bring into those experiences helps to purge and burn through old content, memories, emotions and experiences, to clear the way forward.

The fire alchemizes the old, freeing us from its hold over the way we think and respond/react to people and situations, from the expectations we were conditioned to believe we had to meet and uphold, from the false masks we learned to wear in order to conform, appease, survive.

This is a sacred thing you do when you participate. It clears the way forward not only for you, but for all those walking alongside you, and those following in your footsteps.

And it is an ever ongoing process of refinement my friends.

For myself, it feels almost daily now that I am noticing old patterns, loops, beliefs, stories surfacing, ready to be brought into the light of my awareness, and transformed by the flame of my being.

This is my offering to you in all I do, and will continue to do.

And this month, I bring many new ways in which to allow us to come together on this journey in which we are all helping walk one another home, to self.

Meet me at Soul Space in the Gordon Square area on the 7th (full day pass below if you want to participate in the other offerings that day) and 14th for a Catalytic experience, and on the 28th for Coherence, for grounding, down regulation, a slowing down and returning to one's center. Not all breath must burn, we too must learn to sustain ourselves with gentle flow, perhaps now more so than ever before.

Join me at the Wellness Den and The Light on the 21st for Catalytic breath.

And come together as a group, as a community, for connection, somatic grounding, ceremonial breathwork, integration, and optional group share with The Circle Of Return, offered monthly, with different themes and practices.

Virtually on the 29th at 6PM EST, and now, starting in September, in person as well, at the beautiful, warm, and welcoming Studio 108 in Independence. 9/15 @ 8:15PM.

Let us together use this month to clean house, clear what no longer serves and aligns, and put to rest the old, in order to truly make space for the love, beauty, joy, health and abundance ready to flow in.

And although the work IS personal, you don't ever have to be alone in doing it.

In trust and love my friends,

Tom

P.S. Hoping you have an incredible Labor Day weekend!
